Leads all interior works, services and finishing activities, including design coordination, material selection, execution quality, and final handover of interior spaces. Associated with Builtech from 2008, has 35+ years in interiors including 4 years of middle eastern experience. Has a Dip Elec. Qualification.
Responsible for design reviews both architectural and structural, providing technical standards for on-site execution. Works closely with the design and interior teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Has B.E Civil, M. Tech Structures qualification & is associated with Builtech from past 6.5 years.
Responsible for on-site execution, streamlining construction process, coordination with vendors, and ensuring construction activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Has B.E civil qualification with 8+ years of experience in this firm.
Manages architectural design, planning approvals, drawings, and coordination between structural, construction, and interior requirements. Ensures functional and aesthetic design solutions.
Designs buildings and spaces based on client needs. Prepares drawings and plans, coordinates with engineers and consultants, ensures compliance with local regulations, and supports the project from concept to completion while focusing on functionality, safety, and appearance.
Handles company finances, billing, taxation, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ensures transparent and accurate financial management. Has Commerce graduation.
